Joshua Winslow

Founder and President

Joshua is the founder and president of Winslow & Company. Throughout the course of his 20-year career, Joshua has represented over 2 million square feet of real estate transactions. Since founding Winslow & Company in 1999, Joshua has assembled a team of real estate professionals with relevant backgrounds, thus creating the leading boutique real estate company that represents tenants of New York City.

Joshua attended Boston Architectural Center for architectural design and North Eastern University for mechanical engineering. Prior to founding Winslow & Company, Joshua’s career included working with leading companies in architectural design, mechanical engineering, facilities management, and project development for large commercial properties.

Joshua lives in Westchester, New York and enjoys biking, gardening, reading, and spending time with his family.

Michael Stock

Michael is one of Winslow & Company's senior brokers, helping Manhattan tenants find office space since 2005. He excels at all facets of commercial leasing, from lead generation to deal close and has completed deals totaling in excess of 400,000 square feet, while representing a wide variety of tenants, including creative, technology, professional, and financial firms.

In addition to commercial brokerage, Michael earned a BA in Political Science from SUNY Purchase, and has a previous professional background in wilderness and urban emergency medical care.

Michael is a native Manhattanite and is just as comfortable in a crowded bar in NYC as on the top of a Mountain in Maine.

Dan Schwartz

After attending New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Daniel Schwartz joined Winslow & Company in 2008 and quickly became one of the top producing agents. Over the course of his career, Daniel has represented some of New York City’s most prominent technology, new media, IT, advertising, and financial service firms. With his finger on the pulse of the ever changing commercial market, Daniel is consistently aware of the best values and deals around, saving his client’s valuable time and hard earned money.

Prior to joining Winslow & Company, Daniel owned and operated a facility for fine arts in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, leasing and managing art studios.

He was born in Brooklyn, where he currently resides. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the world, cooking and glassblowing.

Greg Bonura

Greg is a veteran commercial real estate agent and joined Winslow & Company in 2001. His illustrious career as the first agent to join the firm has amounted to him representing more than 400,000 square feet in real estate transactions. Greg enjoys the challenges and hard work required to find, negotiate, and secure space for his satisfied customers who regularly become returning clients. Regardless of the size, length of term, or use, tenants can count on Greg to get them the best possible space and deal.

Before joining Winslow & Company, Greg worked in commercial real estate as a tenant representative and as a senior purchasing agent in the fashion industry.

When not doggedly working for his clients, Greg is an avid surfer, and you can find him riding the waves in Montauk, New York.

Elizabeth Chaikovskaya

Liz joined Winslow & Company in 2008 and is the whiz behind the scenes. She is in charge of our IT, marketing, and human resources departments. Liz’s many talents help support the sales team and keep our operations running smoothly.

Liz graduated cum laude from the American University in Bulgaria with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration.

Liz spends her free time enjoying music, nourishing her mind and body with yoga, and enjoying all the best that New York City has to offer.

Camille Dulac

Camille joined Winslow & Company in 2007 and is our resident retail specialist. Before coming to Winslow & Company, Camille spent many years in restaurant management, which included operating one of New York City’s most revered four star restaurants. Camille’s vast experience in the renting and purchasing of retail properties affords him an understanding of the intricate details involved in commercial real estate transactions. Over the years, Camille has augmented his retail leasing with office leasing and speaks French fluently, so he is a natural choice for our French speaking clientele.

Camille lives in Manhattan and enjoys fine dining, the arts, and music.

James Graham

James joined Winslow & Company in 2009, and his clients enjoy his straight talking, honest approach. With James, you always know where you stand. Before coming to Winslow & Company, James owned and operated his own faux painting business, worked on Wall Street as a financial analyst, traveled the world, and he has an ongoing, successful career as an artist.

James attended Sacred Heart University and School of Visual Arts.

Outside the office James enjoys surfing, skiing and reading the latest literary novels.

Peter Rosenlow

Peter, born and bread in Sweden, has been living in New York for the past decade. He obtained his BBA in marketing management from the Zicklin School of Business in Baruch College. Peter’s passion for real estate, along with his educational background and past experience in the hospitality industry equip him with a wide array of skills that are essential in the commercial real estate industry.

His perseverance, hard work, and negotiating skills have quickly earned him respect from clients and peers alike, as well as a loyal following of returning customers. He is a fierce advocate for his diverse clientele’s interests, prioritizing their satisfaction above all else.

When away from work, you can find Peter hanging out in Park Slope with his lovely wife Julia, or scoring goals on the soccer field. Along with English, Peter speaks Swedish fluently, German conversationally, and a spattering of Hungarian.

Catherine Memmo

Catherine Memmo was born and raised in NYC and has worked in the commercial market for over 20 years. Before joining Winslow & Company, she received an MBA from Pace University and began a career in Mergers and Acquisitions. After leaving M&A, Catherine returned to NYC and started Memmo & Freschi, a contract furniture company where she was founder and managing director.

Catherine is passionate about the New York City commercial real estate market. Her love and commitment to this industry is reflected in her enthusiasm, diligence and customer relationships.

Catherine Memmo speaks fluent italian and enjoys traveling, entertaining and spending weekends with her family and two dogs.
